Almost every woman in this world is dreaming to have a fit and slender body. Unfortunately, not all women have the financial means to pay for a gym membership and some women does not even have time left to spend at the gym. If you are one of these women, it’s about time that you come up with your own workouts for women at home.

Here are some simple tips:

Stair Exercise

If you have stairs in your house, try to walk all the way up and all the way down. Do this for up to twenty times, as this is a great way to jumpstart your workout routine.  If you can fit in some few more sets of stair climbing during the day, then that will be even better.

Wall Push Up

Use the wall in your room to do push-up exercises. Try to stand as far as you can away from the wall. Place your hands at the upper portion of the wall, and spread them far apart when you do your push-ups.

Balancing Exercise

Practice balancing exercises by standing on one foot while your other foot is placed on either the front or backside. Balancing exercises are good examples of workouts for women at home as it helps to strengthen your core leg muscles. Therefore, try to do this exercise as often as you can.

3 Ideas for Arm Exercises

Get a laundry basket that’s full of clothes and use it for your arm sculpting exercise. Hold the basket right above you head, and lift it upwards and then going back down. Do at least three repetitions of this exercise, and if you feel that the basket is too heavy for you, then unload some clothes out of it.

Get a hold of some big cans of foods from your kitchen cupboard and perform arm exercises. Just simply make use of the cans as a barbell, and perform all barbell exercises that you can think of. If you have a very heavy huge can, try to lift the can double handed.

Make use of a chair that has wheels, a good example of this is a swivel chair. Perform some arm workout exercises right in front of your desk by hold into the edge of the desk while you are seated on the chair. Use your arm muscles to pull yourself closer to the desk, and then slowly push yourself away.

Knee Bends

If you have a long hallway at home, or if there is a portion in your house that have long aisle, then make use of this area to do knee bends. Try to walk down with your knees from one end to the other. And if you can, you may try to walk down on the floor in all fours, or do line dances on it or do a crab walk backwards.

Bicycle Crunch

Lie on your back in the floor and perform a cycle and pedal as if you are riding a bicycle. You could even do scissors with your feet up in the air. Of course, while doing this, make sure that your floors are spotless before you get down on them.

These are just a few examples of workouts for women at home. In fact, there are several hundred ways to exercise at the comfort of your own home – you just have to be creative and resourceful to come up with new and unique exercises. But if you really want to achieve your goal of a fit and lean body in the right way, you should take time to enroll at a gym and if money is an issue… it’s time that you save for it!
