So you’ve finally decided that it’s about time that you lose weight and start living a healthy life. Thing is, you are always running out of time due to a very hectic schedule at work, and so you end up eating those unhealthy treats from your favorite  fast food restaurant. To avoid this pitfall, here is a fat burning meal plan to help you prepare in advance your meal for the day, and to keep yourself from starving and craving a lot of foods.

Meal One – Breakfast (8 AM to 9 AM)
• Egg Whites
• Oatmeal w/ 1 tsp of flax oil
• ¼ slice of Apple

As we all know, breakfast is certainly the most significant meal of the day.  Therefore, try to come up with a meal that has around 300 calories for that very first meal of the day. In your diet meal plan menu, indicate that breakfast must be a bit heavier than lunch.

To keep you from starving at work, include some snack in your fat burning meal plan. To make your snack tastier but low in fat content, go for yogurt and plain rice cake. Meal Four – Dinner (9 PM)

Your last meal of the day is dinner, and it is important that you must prepare different set of meals for your dinner time each day.
